Pleasant surprise: I opened The Culture of Make Believe last night to begin reading it, and found "Elizabeth Brunner, Aug 2007" written in the top right corner of the cover page.

I only got through the first twenty pages or so before falling asleep (because I was tired, not because it's boring), but this was enough to make me happy with my decision to read it.
